Karen Giles, MD, MS
Principal Investigator
Karen Giles, MD, MS is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in interventional psychiatry and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, with a focus on treatment-resistant mental health conditions. Dr. Giles has extensive training in neuroscience and psychiatry and applies advanced interventional approaches including ketamine-based therapies, esketamine (Spravato®), and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). She brings a collaborative, patient-centered approach to care and is committed to advancing innovative mental health treatments through clinical research focused on mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders.

Site Manager
Erica has been a certified clinical research coordinator (CCRC) by ACRP since 2013. She brings more than 20 years of clinical research experience to M3 Wake Research Chattanooga. Erica has worked at M3 Wake Research for nearly 12 years across all phases of trials for a variety of indications.

You will undergo a detailed medical evaluation, including a physical exam, medical history review, and laboratory tests, to ensure you meet the study’s inclusion and exclusion criteria.
Study Intervention
