Neurology
Neurologist with over 35 years of experience and 50+ clinical trials. Specializes in seizures, MS, and headache studies with a patient-centered approach.
Peter Philander, MD
Principal Investigator
Family Medicine
Family Medicine specialist with more than 50 years in medicine and over 48 years in clinical research. Has conducted 200+ Phase I–IV trials across vaccines, devices, and internal medicine.
Liliana Ruiz-Leon, DO
Principal Investigator
Obstetrics & Gynecology
Board-certified OB/GYN with nearly two decades of experience in women’s health and research. Has led 100+ Phase II–IV trials across women’s medicine, vaccines, neurology, and healthy volunteers.
