Robert Semo, MD
Principal Investigator
Obstetrics & Gynecology
Board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist with more than 30 years of clinical and research experience treating the full spectrum of women’s health conditions. Former founding Chief of Gynecology at the VA San
Diego and Clinical Professor at UC San Diego for 20 years, with extensive
experience conducting Phase I–IV drug and device trials across multiple
therapeutic areas.
Ryan Limberg, MD
Principal Investigator
Obesity Medicine & Emergency Medicine
Board-certified in Obesity Medicine and Emergency Medicine with more than 15 years of clinical experience in emergency and urgent care settings. Brings strong referral networks within the Southern California medical community and focuses on obesity, metabolic disorders, acute care, and internal medicine research.
Angel Nguyen, MHA, PA-C

Physician Assistant
Angel is a physician assistant with over 17 years of clinical and research experience. Angel has a special interest in vaccine studies, women’s health, obstetrics and gynecology, oncology, dermatology, infectious disease, and neurology.

Site Director
Anita has over 10 years of clinical research experience during which she has successfully managed numerous clinical trials from inception to completion, ensuring high quality data collection and analysis. She has experience in Phase II – IV drug trials, device trials, specimen collection and observational studies in gastroenterology, oncology, women’s health, OB/Gyn, neurology, psychiatry, dermatology, infectious disease, pulmonary, and vaccines.
