Pain Management, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
Lead Investigator specializing in spinal cord stimulators and advanced pain interventions. Experienced in regenerative injections including adipose, PRP, and bone marrow.
David Zub
Principal Investigator
Anesthesiology and Pain Management
Lead Investigator and board-certified in Pain Management with REMS certification. Treats complex chronic pain conditions including CRPS and Failed Back Surgery Syndrome.
Michael Marushack, MD
Principal Investigator
Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine
Board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in sports medicine and advanced expertise in shoulder, knee, elbow, and joint replacement procedures. Recognized for hospital and state-level leadership, he brings extensive clinical experience to orthopedic research and patient care.

Podiatry
Board-certified podiatrist with research experience in surgical and nonsurgical foot care. Treats common foot conditions including heel pain, bunions, gout, and Morton’s neuroma.
